Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts with Hofmann Fleischhauerei (no reason required) under EU consumer law or equivalent national rules.
The period begins when you (or a named third party who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. For pickup, it starts at handover.

We will refund all payments including delivery costs (except extra costs for a non-standard delivery option you chose) without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same payment method. We may withhold refund until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. For pickup orders you may return goods at the pickup location.
You are liable for diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
There is no withdrawal right for goods that spoil quickly, sealed hygiene goods after the seal is removed, or goods made to customer specification. In mixed carts the right may lapse only for some lines.
Statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected.
